Since 1911, the olive mill "SAFRA" has existed. It is a family business passed down from generation to generation. At this moment, it is one step away from being taken over by the 4th generation. It started as a small local olive mill with only the essential machinery for olive oil production.

Now, we have renovated the space and upgraded the equipment with state - of - the - art machines. As we have added services we had been considering and desiring for years, we have now reached the point where we can implement them.

These services are:

• An electronic laboratory where the acidity and over-acidity of the olive oil are tested, and where the producer receives the results of this analysis.
• Cold pressing, or pressing at any temperature the producer prefers for the best possible olive oil quality.
• After receiving the quantity of your production, we are ready to produce the cleanest and tastiest oil with our equipment for any use.
• We also sell olive pomace wood, which provides the best heat efficiency compared to oil or pellets.
